Cancellation/Lateness Policy

A patient can cancel an appointment by email, voice mail, or text message at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the appointment without charge.  Any patient canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice (including no-shows) will be charged 100% of the fee (patients that would normally use insurance for an appointment will be personally responsible for the amount that otherwise would have been paid by the insurance company and the amount that would have been paid by the patient).  Patients arriving more than 15 minutes past the start time for an appointment will be treated as a no show and charged accordingly.
